IMPORTANT: LEGACY PACKAGE TERMS
The Monthly Pass and Class Pass terms on this page apply only to customers completing an active legacy package purchased before SWEAT INC’s transition to Regular and Flex packages. Legacy packages are no longer available for new purchases or renewals.

Regular and Flex packages are governed by the package information displayed before payment and the SWEAT INC Package and Membership Agreement accepted through VibeFam. These include the applicable 72-hour cancellation policy, credit validity and automatic-renewal terms.

NON-REFUNDABLE PACKAGES

All purchased packages are strictly non-refundable. If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled session without providing prior notice of cancellation, the session will be deemed void.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

Failure to arrive within the first 20 minutes without prior communication will result in the participant being considered absent, and the session voided.

COACHING ROTATION

Coaches from the Area Team will consistently rotate. Participants will receive information about the assigned coach for each session in advance.

MEDICAL INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

It is the responsibility of the parent or participant to communicate any existing or past medical conditions to the Coach in charge. This information is crucial to ensure safe and injury-free training.

CLASS SCHEDULING

SWEAT INC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule classes under various circumstances, including, but not limited to, high demand for courts booking, venue closures, public holidays, and coach unavailability due to health issues. Parents or participants will be promptly notified when such situations arise.

OPEN CLASS

CLASS DURATION

In cases where only one participant is present for a session, the duration will be adjusted to one hour to prioritize safety and create a conducive training environment.

CLASS CANCELLATION

For Monthly Pass Package holders, cancellations are not applicable.

For Class Pass Package holders, cancellations require a minimum 4-day notice. An exception is granted for cancellations due to illness, allowing for a one-time cancellation per month with 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the session being voided. Misuse of the cancellation policy may prompt a company review, with policy revocation at the company's discretion.

PRIVATE CLASS

COURT PACKAGE OPTIONS

Commercial Court Package holders can opt for Government court locations without any additional charge.

Government Court Package holders can opt for Commercial court locations by topping up the difference in court fees.

CLASS CANCELLATION

Cancellation made prior to 48 hours of the scheduled session will result in the default of the court fee, with the lesson fee being refunded.

Cancellation made prior to 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in the full default of training fees, including both the court fee and lesson fee.

CLASS SCHEDULING

These terms apply to the Regular 10, Regular 18, Regular 32 and Flex 10 packages. The package information displayed before payment—including its price, credits, validity period, eligible classes and venues, booking rights, renewal terms and restrictions—forms part of these terms.

1. PACKAGE USE AND VALIDITY

• 1 session uses 1 credit.

• A package may be used only by the named Participant.

• Packages and credits are non-transferable and non-shareable and have no cash value.

• A Participant may attend a maximum of 1 session per week.

• Unused credits do not carry forward and expire at the end of the package validity period.

• Packages cannot be paused or frozen, except where SWEAT INC approves an extension for a valid medical reason or because SWEAT INC cancelled a class.

Package validity begins on the date of the first class booked under the package. Cancelling that first class 72 hours or less before it begins does not change the validity start date, and 1 credit is forfeited.

Package access remains subject to suitable class placement, capacity, venue availability and compliance with these terms.

2. REGULAR PACKAGES

A Regular package includes a reserved place in an agreed weekly class, which is booked automatically.

To switch to another class in the same week, the original booking must be cancelled earlier than 72 hours before its start time. A replacement class is subject to suitable group placement and remaining availability and is not guaranteed.

The reserved place applies only to the agreed weekly class. It does not guarantee a particular coach, venue or replacement class.

3. FLEX PACKAGES

A Flex package does not include a reserved weekly place. The Customer must book each class through VibeFam from the places remaining after Regular reservations have been allocated.

A Flex package does not guarantee a particular class, date, time, venue or coach. All bookings remain subject to the live VibeFam schedule and availability.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

The cancellation deadline is measured against the scheduled class start time in Singapore time.

• Cancel earlier than 72 hours before the class to have 1 credit returned.

• If 72 hours or less remain, 1 credit is forfeited.

• A no-show forfeits 1 credit.

Cancellations must be completed through VibeFam. A WhatsApp message, email or verbal message does not cancel a booking unless SWEAT INC confirms the cancellation in writing.

5. MEDICAL CIRCUMSTANCES

A valid medical certificate restores the credit forfeited for the affected booking. Any validity extension is assessed case by case and applies only after SWEAT INC confirms it in writing.

6. CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS BY SWEAT INC

SWEAT INC may substitute coaches or reasonably change, postpone or relocate a class because of coach availability, court or venue availability, venue closure, public holidays, safety concerns or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Notice will be provided as soon as reasonably practicable.

A change of coach, venue or time is not treated as a cancellation if the class proceeds. A credit or refund is not automatically given solely because of such a change, unless the package information states otherwise or applicable law requires it.

If SWEAT INC cancels a class, 1 credit will be returned and the package validity will be extended by 1 week.

7. GROUP SESSION FORMAT

Where 2 or fewer Participants attend a scheduled group session, SWEAT INC may reduce the session duration to 1 hour. The reduced session still uses 1 credit.

A particular coach is not guaranteed unless SWEAT INC confirms otherwise in writing.

8. PAYMENT, REFUNDS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Prices are in Singapore dollars. Any applicable taxes or mandatory charges will be shown before payment.

Packages must be paid in full before they are issued, unless SWEAT INC confirms another arrangement in writing. PayNow or bank-transfer packages are issued only after payment has been verified.

Packages and credits are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase, except where SWEAT INC approves otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

All 4 Regular and Flex packages renew automatically when they expire. By purchasing a recurring package and expressly accepting its recurring terms before payment, the Customer authorises SWEAT INC to charge the disclosed renewal price on the package expiry date using the selected payment method.

To stop the next renewal, the Customer must cancel through VibeFam or contact SWEAT INC before the package expires. A stored payment card alone does not constitute consent to recurring billing.

9. HEALTH, SAFETY AND CONDUCT

The Customer must disclose any injury, medical condition, allergy, medication, disability or support need that may affect safe participation and must keep that information current.

Sport and physical training involve ordinary risks, including falls, collisions, strains and accidental contact. SWEAT INC will take reasonable care in planning and delivering its services. Participants must follow coach instructions, use equipment appropriately and stop participating when directed for safety reasons.

SWEAT INC may refuse or stop participation where reasonably necessary for safety. Participants and accompanying adults must behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, venues and other customers. Unsafe, abusive, discriminatory or seriously disruptive conduct may result in suspension while the matter is reviewed.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.

10. PERSONAL DATA AND OPTIONAL MEDIA CONSENT

SWEAT INC handles personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy at https://www.sweatincglobal.com/privacy-policy.

Promotional photo, video and marketing consent is optional, is collected separately and is not a condition of enrolment. Consent may be withdrawn for future use by contacting SWEAT INC.

11. SUPPORT, CHANGES AND GOVERNING LAW

SWEAT INC may update these terms for future purchases or renewals. Material changes affecting an active package will be communicated where reasonably necessary and will not remove rights already accrued or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by Singapore law. The parties should first try to resolve any dispute in good faith. Nothing in these terms prevents either party from using any court, tribunal or consumer remedy available under Singapore law.
